After being in the property business since 2004, our founder recognised a common flaw from high street managing agents and letting agents and decided to offer a service that is more personal, dedicated and caring towards the owner, tenant and the property.

What we do
Let only
We will view your property, Take photos, floor plan, measurements, info on the house and advertise your property/ room on the top leading websites. We will do viewings on your behalf. We will do credit checks, employers references, previous landlord references and right to rent checks.
Full Management
We will view your property, Take photos, floor plan, measurements, info on the house and advertise your property/ room on the top leading websites. We will do viewings on your behalf.
We will do credit checks, employers references, previous landlord references and right to rent checks. We will visit the property regularly to do inspections and check the conditions of the property. For HMO’S this will be done weekly with fire alarm tests, emergency lighting tests, fire doors tests etc.
Tenants will contact us for any issues throughout their tenancy. For any maintenance issues, we can carry these out for you through our vetted tradesman. We will also be on call 24 7 for emergencies. As part of the full management package, we will meet any tradesman at the property to let them in and stay there while the work commences and we will also send any post for old tenants back to the sender free of charge. You won’t find any other agent offering this as part of the standard service.
